Success Stories

Tina,
I really enjoyed taking the class this summer.  It's probably the one thing I've
done for myself in a long, long time.  It's been a while since I did anything
where I was so absorbed in it that I lost track of time.  Also I look at these
pictures, and I can't believe that I did them.
You're an excellent teacher.  I'm looking forward to taking more classes...it
may be what I ask for at Christmas time!

My name is Carley, and I want to be student of the month. My success story
to how I do my pictures is this.  When I'm assigned a step I (usually) listen. I
sometimes even practice drawing at home!  I like to do silly paintings because
it describes my personality.  I hope I am student of the month!

I have always enjoyed art, but never had any trainning.  Tina made me
believe in myself.  I have learned shapes and the relationship of one object to
another, color, tones and shadows.  I look at everything different now and
sometimes mentally start to draw it in my mind.  When I am working on my
art piece, I am able to put everything else out of my mind and concentrate on
my art (great therapy).  Tina, you are a great teacher and I am looking
forward to many more classes.

Hi I am Daryn. I really like art and Ms. Tina. Right now I am drawing a koala in
art. I am having a great time in art. If you like art you should start coming to
the School of Art.  I feel that art is really cool.
